My students needs require them to learn in different ways. Many have sensory issues that must be met in order for them to focus on the lesson. Wiggle seats, fidgets, and chair bands can meet those needs. With flexible seating, the students are taking control of their own learning. Hands on activities help the student to use all their senses to fully engage in the lesson. These items will help them to understand the concepts and expand their knowledge. Having fun while learning helps to embed the lesson so the students will remember what they have learned.
