The past two years, students across the world have had to deal with the impacts of COVID in their academics as well as extracurricular activities. In our school, students have been working both in person as well as from home. This has directly impacted their learning on high school state standards in the area of History. Students are expected to leave their high school career as contributing members of society and I am hoping to provide them the tools and resources to be successful at the next level both in the classroom as well as outside of the classroom. With the funding of this project, students will have access to the ipads to enhance their learning around US Government. They will use district approved software to share their knowledge with other students in their class as well as with other students in different class periods. During various lessons, students use district approved apps to share historical events, site where they learned this and then respond to one another using additional sources.
