The materials will be used in school for math manipulatives and math incentives for students for grades 6-8. These incentives will motivate students to complete workspaces in Math. When completing these workspaces student achievement will rise. Our students are lacking foundational skills in math and the manipulatives along with great instruction will increase fluency with these math skills. Math facts for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are foundational skills that are needed for our students to be successful in math. The materials will not be allowed to go home. However, if the student is needing it adjustments will be made.
