These wireless sensor carts, motion detectors, and force sensors are for my Physics Lab. They would allow students to collect very precise and accurate values for positions, velocities, accelerations, and forces in a wide variety of situations without being tied down to the lab setting. Because the carts have embedded sensors for force, acceleration, and motion they can use their phone as a hub for their experiments and share data and results with one another wherever they are experimenting. This provides an outstanding opportunity to take them on rides in their cars, or to amusement parks, or skateboard parks and collect real data for activities they otherwise could not analyze.
