My students are active, engaging and hardworking in class. They love to get their rewards after work. I want to give my students every opportunity to be successful in learning while having fun. Having supplies and learning materials will boost and motivate them work hard more. Rewards increase participation, encourage students to try their best in school, and motivate them to work together. Positive reinforcement of good behavior works best for my students and the use of rewards has been shown to be effective as seen in modified behavior by students.
