Students will participate in an exercise class to ensure that they have opportunities in class to participate in exercise. They are learning lifelong practices to ensure they exercise to be healthy for life. I am specifically completing the Nevada Physical Education standard 3.12.2 Apply lifelong activity patterns through participation in physical activity. They will also complete standard 3.12.3 Demonstrate opportunities at school for regular participation in physical activities. They will also be using the journals to track their fitness levels and how physically active they are. They will be able to see their progress!

About my class
