The headphones with microphones will provide the kids with the ability to record themselves reading and speaking with expression. I want to have students that leave my room with confidence in the new language they are learning this year. Watching a kid hearing themselves speak is nice but, watching them gain confidence to speak aloud in any language is beyond priceless. I would love to have my students' love for reading and their confidence continue to grow. I want them to be comfortable speaking in class, improve their fluency, verbal expression, and pronunciation of new words.
