There have been major changes and possibly traumatic experiences due to the pandemic. Now is a vital time to begin integrating social-emotional learning within our school in order to help students stabilize their emotional state. Many of my students struggle with positive words or showing kindness. Many of my students have big emotions but lack the words to communicate their feelings and needs. My project aims to help students be able to understand their emotions and how to effectively communicate their feelings and needs. The products that I have selected will help my students learn about emotions, breathing techniques, anger management strategies, etc. through planned lessons/activities or games!
