I teach 6th-grade English and 6-8th grade drama. I am the only drama teacher at my school and I have been working with limited resources. I feel that students have been isolated in COVID and participating in drama builds social interaction, communication, and public speaking skills. It has been difficult to teach drama with social distancing and masks. The items in the cart include arts & crafts materials and microphones which will enhance the theater experience for my students. Standards: 6th-grade English: RL 6.7, RL 6.9 The drama elective also covers standards on the National Core Arts Standards spectrum since we write and perform plays. Thank you for your time!
