These microphones will specifically help students learn to correctly mic up a reporter for air with the best quality sound- meeting these standards: 3.2.3 - Demonstrate proper placement of microphones for effective audio. 3.2.4 - Connect microphone(s) to various audio equipment using the proper cables and/or adapters. 3.2.6 - Identify and correct sources of interference and poor sound quality. Specifically, these mics will help students be able to stay distant from each other for safety protocols with COVID 19, which handheld microphones would not allow. They are the standard for what is used in the professional world and students need to learn how to use them.
