Primary Autism is a room full of incredible students who learn at different levels and through different modalities. Creating fun, engaging and hands-on learning helps my students to meet their IEP goals and be successful in school. These activities will help my students to build on their reading and math skills in engaging ways. Some of my students lack the fine motor skills to use a pencil, but through these activities, they will be able to keep up with their grade-level peers. These activities also work on social skills like turn-taking and waiting which is an integral part of my classroom.
