Watching yourself perform an exercise is the best teacher. Safety in the weight room is key! Students will learn the safest way to properly lift by watching an exercise correctly performed. One of the most dangerous settings in a high school is within the weight room. Students will reduce the risk of injuries by properly learning the techniques of lifting weights. Video never lies!!! Students will benefit watching themselves lift after being video recorded using an iPad during exercises. The iPad will allow for immediate feedback that will benefit with proper technique, performance, and safety. IPad's are portable, which allow for the use of video education to be adapted within the weight room as well as on school athletic fields. The use of iPads within our weight / physical training facility will benefit not just one student, but our entire student population.
