Fulfilling this order will fulfill our need for safety at our school. Now that the students are back in school, lockdowns and safety are of the utmost importance. Covering our windows will fulfill our need to stay safe. During a hard lockdown, we must gather the students, hide, lock the doors, and remain silent. At this point, we are unable to "hide" because of the open windows in the room. To receive tension rods and black-out curtains, we will be able to adequately hide in the event of a hard lockdown.
