The materials for our project will be used in preparation for and during competitions at district, state, national and international First Robotics Competition (FRC) events. During the buildup/ practice sessions, students often run the robot excessively in order to get familiar with the controlling device and to make changes in hardware and programming. This practice often results in the wear of robot components which sometimes need replacement/ repair. During competition events, unforeseen events will sometimes occur. For this reason, it is essential students have the ability to make "on the spot" repairs to the robot.
