Every day students work in classrooms at wooden desks, with stiff chairs, bright fluorescents, and linoleum floors. Imagine you were back in school--how would you want your class to look? The materials you help purchase for our classroom will make students comfortable and excited to learn. Soft rugs, pillows, cushions, and lap desks add color and give students a chance to learn from various places around the room. Plants, lamps, and decorations will give the students a sense of relaxation. Finally, the rolling cart will allow me to quickly and easily move learning materials around the room while teaching.
