Our students are following PBIS expectations on campus with the PBIS Rewards program. Students are excited to earn their positive "colonial cash" and it is helping to create a culture of community and support. Our students use their "colonial cash" to purchase items in the student school store. It is entirely helpful to have support to fund the school store. The more items we have in the store, the more of a buy-in we will get. We additionally are rewarding teachers and staff for rewarding our students. This program will help us continue to build community on campus. This helps reinforce the opportunity to learn what it means to be responsible, respectful, and ready in every capacity.
