Our K-8 school provides students opportunities to learn through the arts. Our music program needs to be rebuilt so we are looking for percussion instruments to aid in their instruction. Our students enjoy expressing themselves through music and movement. They would love to be able to use instruments in class instead of just hearing music and/or watching it. With these donations, students will be part of the music process providing them hands-on opportunities. Children need opportunities to express themselves and to build relationships through the arts. Instrurments would definitely help them reach this goal.
