This will help my 6th and 7th grade students learn Spanish language and culture as well as learn and incorporate the 5 C's of education: Communication Creativity Collaboration Cooperation Critical Thinking Since Covid-19 students have difficulty collaborating and working with others. However, I've learned that when I incorporate technology into their projects, they are able to communicate, collaborate, and cooperate better. Also, the technology is a tool that the students have become proficient in using while they are both academically and socially learning. It is counter-intuitive, but the technology in the classroom, when used for group project, helps the students learn on a social level as well as an academic level.
