This project will enable me to provide more flexible workstations for my students. After almost two years of being partially at-home students, my kids could greatly benefit from more flexible seating and standing work places. COVID has also greatly affected the students' mental health and socialization. Through these inspirational books, I am hoping to teach the students coping skills that will help them deal with tricky situations and find tools to succeed in social settings. This project is going to help me address our Social Emotional Learning Standards in addition to the 6th grade ELA standards that I'm covering in my class.
