Pandemic learning has really affected some students' abilities to manage their time and their goals. The indeterminable 18-month period where they were in school but not "in" school affected time management skills and left many of them feeling nebulous about their goals. Now that we are back in the building, a lot of students struggle with sorting their priorities and understanding the urgency surrounding credit recovery. Using wipe-able charts for them to track their own progress and see the time they have left will assist in pushing them to accomplish their goals before time runs out. In Crime and Justice, I will be able to create easily cleanable, re-usable materials students can interact with for years.
