Project tech boost is designed to help my middle school technology students excel. Not only do they need this class as a requirement, but I feel the world is advancing with technology more and more each day. My goal is to push my students to use technology to be resourceful, creative and organized. Teaching technology is a passion of mine. My students will be working in groups to help grow their socialization skills as well as promote positive academic discourse in my classroom. One standard we will be covering in this course is 9-12.AP.PD.4 Design and develop computational artifacts working in team roles using collaborative tools. This standard encompasses the love I have for group efforts. I believe that with these tools, my students will have more success working with their groups to create their artifacts. They will use headphones to work in groups to create movies and edit them. they will use the writing pads that connect with their chromebooks to practice drawing and editing. These resources will open the door to so much more potential in my classroom!
