Living in a desert climate my kiddos are constantly thirsty. They are hydrating all day long outside the classroom. Because of this, they are missing vital instruction and work time. It would be great for them to have water bottles that they can fill up in the morning when they arrive and again during recess in the afternoon. Hydration is key, not only for health, but for learning. A well hydrated student is able to think more clearly, focus and stretch themselves academically. Another benefit of hydration is that nose bleeds would hopefully be less frequent.
