My students adore reading, but as a first-year teacher my literature selection is lacking! Scouring the shelves of Goodwill and donations from retiring teachers has thankfully helped jump-start my library! But I would love to be able to give my students up-to-date reading materials with recognizable characters and concepts. This project will ensure my students will receive interesting and challenging books for their growing minds to enjoy! They are inquisitive and excited to learn, I want to make sure I can continue to nurture these characteristics.
