If I have the opportunity to have this project funded it will not only benefit my students, but will allow them the opportunity to be exposed to new resources on how to improve their reading and writing skills. My goal is to bridge the gap for my students everyday in English and Reading, regardless of the challenges them may face in their education with their disabilities. I chunk concepts/assignments and anything else they may need for them to comprehend the instruction. I make sure all my students have any accommodations and modifications they may need for their education. By having an iPad I will be able to show students visuals, infographics, and so much more during our small group instruction. The standards that will be used by funding this projects are RL.6.1.- RL.6.6 and W.6.2.-6.10.
