The tablets would be used to allow students and chance to calm down when they are feeling stressed or when a situation is causing an anxiety attack. We could use music, games, a stress relief or breathing module tool to help each student to relax and calm down. Each situation is different, and I will rely on the counselors to tell me what is best for each situation. Some students rely on music, others may want to play games. Some may want to just breathe. Each situation is unique, special.
