The classroom materials will help our students become more organized in their daily routines. The majority of our students in our program are on the autism spectrum and thrive off of structure in their day. Lessons will be planned using visuals with the wall calendar. Visuals will also be made for our students’ PEC boards with the new sensory items being requested for use in our sensory room. Our Positive Behavior Support plan in our program rewards students with Fun-Time Fridays in which the students play board games and participate in arts and craft activities. The new games will enhance the students’ experiences for Fun-Time Fridays.
