The students will learn the importance of journalism. They will use the screen kits to create the school's morning announcements as well as commercials and interviews for staff, peers and the community. As they produce project daily, they will develop reading and writing skills, public speaking, social skills, and use of 21st century technology. The students will record, edit and present each day there by developing a sense of duty, diligence and purpose of responsible journalism. They will gain an appreciation of global citizenship through the practice and knowledge acquired.
