We all know that Reading skills are the foundation of the whole learning. Looking at the last school year I can clearly see how much damage and missing knowledge it caused in many different aspects. I have started this school year with two students reading at their grade level, which made my work very difficult but at the same time very rewarding. Materials that I would love to receive are mainly books and instructional materials for small groups. I want to give my students the best experience and the desire to learn and achieve more. Beautiful books, right level according to their reading skill and various vocabulary will definitely support my students' Reading Foundational Skills (RF.1/ L.1), which are essential milestones in their future learning.
