The graphing white boards, protractors, and rulers will give students a real hands on experience with graphing. These supplies will allow students to share and compare their learning with classmates and with me. The graph paper will allow students, once they leave the classroom, to continue practicing their work at home. When teaching concepts like transformations, reflections, and rotations, it is critical that students are drawing the shapes and making the correct movements to those shapes. By having the proper supplies my students' learning will greatly increase and hopefully so will their love for math.
