The materials I am requesting will help my students learn to become independent workers. The privacy shields will provide personal space when we take our assessments in class. We are currently striving to make progress over perfection in our classwork and assessment scores. Every student has a goal to do a little better than their last assessment. These privacy shields will help provide a quiet and noninvasive space for students during work time. My students love reading current events, they gain a lot of knowledge and perspectives from reading the news. I would like to supplement their knowledge with a TIME magazine subscription. They are beginning to build their own perspectives about the world around them and this magazine subscription would greatly help them form their own opinions.
