These materials and resources will help greatly enhance the overall classroom structure and learning environment. One goal we have for our daily reading groups is to use the cart organizer for our leveled reading groups to keep lessons and all literacy materials organized and prepared. These resources will be great tools for helping us master the reading standards: RI 2.1-2.10. The Scholastic science magazines will be engaging for students and will be used on a weekly basis for students to learn more about the world around them. The clear pocket sleeves will be used daily to practice our place value math strategies for adding and subtracting within 100 (2.NBT.B) and will save on precious paper resources. It is such a pleasure to have students work together collaboratively in the classroom after being virtual for nearly a year and a half. These resources will surely increase the fun, motivation, and excitement each day! These students will appreciate great educational resources!
