These supplies are needed in my classroom for the collaborative charts my students create about our social studies content and other activities. I use these all the time in my classroom and never seem to have enough. These posters and markers will be used for brainstorming and to check for understanding sections of the social studies lesson that I teach as well as for me to create anchor charts of our current lessons. One of our social studies standards asks for the students to construct organized explanations for various audiences and purposes using evidence and reasoning. SS.6-8.EWC.8. These charts and markers will allow my students to create posters about their learning in class.
