These items will help our students engage in a variety of motor skills and abilities related to lifetime activities and impress upon them the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and provide strategies to lead a physically active lifestyle. Pickleball and Disc Golf are activities that have become, and are becoming, more popular with people young and old. The Pickleball materials will allow students the opportunity to learn a new individual and team net game that they can play at many parks. The Disc Golf materials will give students the chance to learn and practice an activity that will get people outside and moving, and that they can continue into their adulthood. PE 3.12.2 Apply lifelong activity patterns through participation in physical activity.
