Our Physical Education program is heavily rooted in fitness-based activities, focusing mainly on providing and creating opportunities for students to improve their physical fitness levels beyond what they even thought was possible. This emphasis became even more important as students returned to campus this year after almost two years of spending the majority of their time at home sitting in front of a computer screen. We noticed a significant drop-off in the fitness levels of our students as they arrived this year, and are doing everything we can to provide a variety of effective, exciting fitness opportunities for our students. The products I have asked for will greatly improve the quality and effectiveness of the fitness opportunities we can provide for our students. TRX straps offer the ability for students to use their own body weight as resistance to perform hundreds of different workouts, which will allow us to design workout routines to improve the entire body.
