Each semester, teachers at my school develop and deliver weekly elective classes. I will use the Personal Finance for Teens Doodle Note Book to deliver a Financial Literacy elective and spark meaningful conversations with our 7th and 8th grade students. With the Doodle Note format, students move beyond simply taking notes, utilizing the left side of their brains, to making them creative, using the right side of their brains as well. Each week, we will activate the whole brain to teach life-long skills in a creative way to make a lasting impression.

About my class
