As a special education teacher, we cover all subject areas. It’s imperative for this population that we integrate subjects together. This world map rug will allow us to gather together, be able to experience a map in a more meaningful way, and make connections to people and ideas. To be able to reference a part of the world at any moment in class deepens those connections between subjects and connects our kids to the world around us. A warm and inviting environment also supports and encourages learning which this rug will do for our classroom!
