These materials will assist in providing my students with resources and tools to use for emotional management, emotional intelligence, and coping skills. The students in my school love using fidgets in session but the current batch of fidgets are worn and have broken. These materials will benefit the students in regulating their emotions, providing them a safe and secure space, and further promoting them to find their own individual way to cope and manage their feelings.
