These resources will be used for students to take care of their assigned instruments. Brass instruments require a specific cleaning procedure since they are played with the lips and tongue. With cleaner trumpets, we reduce the risk of spreading possible infections and allows for the instruments to last longer. The trumpet guards will be used to protect the lacquer on the trumpets and allows for long lasting instruments especially brass instruments that are more expensive than most. The overall goal with these cleaning kits and trumpet guards is to teach the students how to be responsible of their assigned instrument and have long lasting instruments.
