I recently learned of a new way to monitor and adjust in real-time. On my campus, we call it Strategic Monitoring. I learned of this new strategy at a recent training that I attended with my principal. The day after learning about it, I was able to immediately implement this new strategy within my classroom the very next day. My students and I started on a small scale, while gradually upping our rigor. So far, we achieved amazing results when it came to real-time monitoring and adjusting, providing real-time feedback, and I am better able to meet the needs of my students in the moment! The best part is that my big kids love the process!
