Covid 19 has changed the world of teaching. The COVID-19 Pandemic has made it necessary to take teaching straight to students technology. Now, more than ever, an iPad is an essential teaching tool. Students are learning through iPad screens and learning apps. An iPad is a piece of essential equipment to be successful during face to face teaching and online learning. This iPad will make a great impact on my students' learning. This will support my students, social, emotional, and mental health being as most of the lessons in Science are digital and easy to present using our projector or give them virtually through Jamboard, Google Slides, Nearpod, Canvas, Actively Learn and CK-12. With a reliable device, I will be able to deliver effective lessons to my students during In-Person and in Distance Education. They will be able to rely on having a consistent virtual classroom. During these unpredictable and challenging times, this iPad will help me facilitate engaging lessons and fun activities. Course Goal #4: To explain how gravity influences interactions between objects of differing masses on Earth and in space. [MS-ESS1-2] Course Goal #5: To investigate the properties of objects in the solar system and analyze the cyclical patterns of the Earth-sun-moon system. [MS-ESS1-1, MS-ESS1-3] MS-PS2-4 Construct and present arguments using evidence to support the claim that gravitational interactions are attractive and depend on the masses of interacting objects. MS-ESS1-1 Develop and use a model of the Earth-sun-moon system to describe the cyclic patterns of lunar phases, eclipses of the sun and moon, and seasons. MS-ESS1-2 Develop and use a model to describe the role of gravity in the motions within galaxies and the solar system. MS-ESS1-3 Analyze and interpret data to determine scale properties of objects in the solar system.
