We are creating a new location on campus to support students’ SEL well-being and we're requesting Yoga mats! Our middle school students have faced trauma and this is a chance to give them a safe space to meditate and relax. We want to provide a location for students to relax and be ready to achieve greatness through the use of a meditation room. By teaching mindfulness, we can provide students with a moment to center themselves and continue the day. Thank you for supporting mindfulness for our students. A healthy mind and a healthy body equal happy students.
