We just started a school wide positive behavior incentive. We want to reward our inner city Cleveland kids for overcoming any challenges that they may have in their personal lives and encourage them to behave in a positive manner in school. This is a year long project, since we think that consistency and routine are so important. We are hoping to provide things that excite our students to continue to work hard everyday. There is a raffle each week. We feel that SEL is such an important part of education.

About my class
