Since returning to the building I am trying to engage my students as much as possible. During the pandemic and distance learning, students have gotten used to the benefits of utilizing technology. Since coming back to the physical classroom many students have been able to utilize Chromebooks and iPads to take advantage of how new technology has been integrated into the classroom. My plan is to utilize an iPad and Apple Pencil in conjunction with other technologies (such as Peardeck, Nearpod, and Jamboard) in order to have a better technologically integrated classroom. This will benefit my Chemistry students (working on stoich and bonding) and my Biology students (describing genetics and ecosystems). Overall, I plan to make my classroom more inclusive and stay up to date with changing technology.
