My students love reading books in the class library. They go to the corner and get lost in the books. One of my students said that they haven’t seen anyone that looks like them. I never thought about how there aren’t. My kids need to be exposed to everything. They need to see different types of books and there’s so much in this world for them to learn from different types of books. Students will be allowed to check out books from the class library to read with their families and share new things they have learned.
