I will be using some materials so students can be appropriately spaced around the classroom while engaging in grade level content (lounge chair, headphones & white boards). All 5th grade ELA, Math, and SEL standards apply to these items because students will be able to access classroom material and content while using these items. The games will allow students to work on social and problem solving skills as this has been a struggle the last year and a half. ELA 5.SL.1, 5.SL.6 These games also fit under the STEM category and can challenge my students to think "outside the box." The Scholastic News magazines, books sets, and headphones will be used to provide grade level reading to ALL students. ELA 5.RL.1-10, ELA 5.RI.1-10, ELA 5.W.1-10
