Students at my school have needs that have not been met in the traditional setting. Unfortunately, because of their credit situation, we only offer core classes. The staff have found that we can help students build their confidence by offering additional opportunities in the arts. We provide a variety of visual arts opportunities, and are hoping to provide musical opportunities to support and develop this passion. RCHS features graduates who have achieved success in the music industry. Each of them are very different. Some have recorded, some are playing with bands across the country, and some are producing music. Our mission is to encourage students to feed their passions, while at the same time supporting the practical parts of the industry. This project is meant to encourage growth in confidence and possibly fuel an interest in music as a hobby, side job, or career.
