The requested donations of these activities will provide my students with additional learning opportunities to develop parallel play and much needed social interactions with their peers and adults. Each individual activity provides unique teaching strategies to develop skills that our students are lacking. Additionally these skills such as following a pattern, problem solving, following directions and independent work will shape positive social interactions much needed recreational skills that they can use outside of the classroom. Fine and gross motor skills are continually generalized and maintained through the use of these activities.
