The use of these resources will help my students be able to self-regulate and cope in their classroom environment. Many students at the elementary level have not experienced a "real" school year since the pandemic and are struggling emotionally within their classrooms. The tools and resources provided in this project will help teach students self-regulation and managing their emotions to be academically successful. Students will be able to learn how to cope with their anxieties and emotions using the resources from this project. Which in turn will help them reach academic successes in the years to come.

About my class
