The Nevada Academic Content Standards for 7th grade math of the number system, expressions and equations, functions, and statistics and probability will be met with this project. Students will use the Carnegie curriculum and Math 360 on whiteboards to learn with. My students need engaging activities in order to master the math standards for 7th grade. Having students our of their seats and at the whiteboards will accomplish this. When each student has their own scientific calculator they will be able to learn how to use this valuable tool. By providing them with these tools and a comfortable classroom they will be ready and willing to learn.
