Flexible seating encourages students to find their best spot to stay calm, focused and productive. I believe that there is no better way to show your support for a student-centered classroom, than creating a classroom from a child’s point of view. Flexible seating allows them to wobble, rock, bounce, lean or stand, which will keep my students engaged throughout the day. I like for my students to have fun while they are learning. Being able to sit in a place other than their desk, will ensure that they are focused and engaged. It will also make them accountable for their work and behavior.
